I had been working with different word photos, searching through my sheet music when I found the sheet music for "Dream On" by Aerosmith. I took off my necklace and placed it next to the word dream and the photo became an inspiration to hold on and never stop dreaming.

I had cut out a heart out of a piece of sheet music, and had been placing it on different objects. When I placed it on the guitar, it seemed to take a different meaning.

I had picked an apple blossom for my grandmothers apple tree, and placing it on different patterns and backgrounds, I found it worked well with the white of my laptop.

I had been working with different angles and as she stood there a breeze came and tossed her hair, it was perfect timing.

I had visited Friendship, Maine with my Dad and he brought me down to the water to see if I could find any good shots. This boat seemed to have Maine written all over it.

This small snowman hung from our lousy christmas tree, and he was the only part of the tree worth photographing.

A friend and I had decided to go for a swim at a nearby pond. When we got there the water was so calm it produced a mirror-like image.

The waves seemed to roll along the sandy beach and with the sun setting it shed beautiful light.

I found the highest point I could and asked my brother to get up there so I could photograph from a different angle, In this photo the picture is focused more so on his shoes, and I liked the idea of the picture being of him, but him not being the complete focus

While visiting the beach I searched for anything that would make for a good photograph. Then I caught sight of this hermit crab.

I had been walking through the woods behind my house when my eye caught sight of something off the trail. I made my way towards it to find it was a small abandoned camp sight. The red color of the lantern and the background of leaves seemed to make for a perfect picture

Walking through the water I picked up this small treasure of the ocean and placed it on the dock to photograph.

I had been painting a mural on my wall, while working on a completely different project for photography. Working with the concept of love, this is what became of the two projects combined.

One morning I woke to the familiar phrase: "Grab your camera". As I made my way down stairs and out onto the front lawn I was presented with a box of adorable baby mice.

It wasn't until one night when I decided to hangout the car window with my camera that I realized such incredible art could be made with light.

Experimenting with mirrors

I had been walking along a trail behind our house, and remembered an old well and went in search of it. What I found was an old stone house which had fallen to ruins, and pots and pans and things of the sort. It made me wonder how long this had been hanging there for.

In hopes to find a good photograph I headed to a favorite childhood spot with my younger brother. When we got there, there was nothing I hadn't photographed before...except for him, but it turned out great and well worth the walk.

I had a cut out of a heart that I had been working with and somehow it ended in a pile of my clothes, and it all seemed to pull together nicely.
